All items ship to the 48 Continental US States only.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, AE/APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Protectorates, U.S. Territories, or anywhere Internationally including Canada.
SHIPPING
Most items will ship within 1-2 days of your order when possible. Items ship from a variety of locations including our NJ warehouse, distributor warehouses, and direct from manufacturers. When we have an item shipped to you directly from manufacturers, please expect to wait 3-5 days from the date of your order for the item to be shipped. Within a few more days you will be enjoying the most up to date, factory fresh product available anywhere!
We do not have a retail store front and all orders must be shipped, even if you live in our area. Please use our shipping and receiving address for correspondence and returns only. This is a UPS Store address used for this purpose.
AUTHORIZED DEALERS
All items are new, factory sealed (except B-Stock items or specifically noted otherwise), and include the manufacturer's warranty.
TAX
Please note that we are located in New Jersey and 7% tax will be collected on shipments made to addresses in the state of New Jersey. No tax is collected on any shipments to addresses outside of New Jersey.
RETURNS
All merchandise receives the respective manufacturers warranties including B-Stock items.
Merchandise that has been opened and is not defective may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Item must be in new condition, same as when received, with all original contents, manuals, and accessories, and returned in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns that are incomplete or damaged will be charged a higher re-stocking fee; returns that are damaged may be refused. Returned items that received free shipping will have the actual shipping charge deducted from the refund amount.
PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information such as name, address, and email, and financial information such as credit card number, and expiration date.
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
While making a purchase from wanamakermusic.com, you are given the option to create a user name and password. The user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to check the status of their orders, and to more quickly proceed through the check out process on repeat visits.We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service.
Other than for the purpose of processing and shipping your order we do not share your personal information with anyone, ever.We do not sell lists to marketing companies.Neither do we email our buyers with newsletters or sales.Please do feel free to contact us for possible discounts on any merchandise you may be interested in!
SECURE PROCESSING
In order to process your credit card orders, we use PayPal Payments Pro, a third party service, to validate and verify your account information.All billing and account info is transmitted via https which is a secure encrypted protocol system.PayPal Payments Pro is a merchant account for processing credit cards and does require you to have a PayPal account, and does not access or bill to your PayPal account if you do have one, unless you select PayPal Express as your method of payment.

When you enter sensitive information such as your credit card number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
